Transaction Screen

The ASTM has established a Transaction Screen process for limited environmental due diligence for commercial real estate properties considered low risk. The goal of the transaction screen is to identify potential environmental concerns through a site inspection, owner/occupant interviews, and a limited review of historical documents and government records.

Phase I Environmental Site Assessment

Our clients have come to depend on our fast and reliable environmental assessments no matter what type of property. We complete a thorough review of documents as well as a full site inspection in accordance with ASTM standards. Our findings are presented in a report which includes an engineering drawing, photographs, copies of all historical documents and relevant government records, and recommendations.

Phase II Environmental Site Assessment

A Phase II ESA investigates any potential environmental liabilities identified in a Phase I ESA. Our team completes a site-specific investigation of environmental conditions at your property and provides a report which includes engineering drawings, sample results, photographs, and recommendations.
